FAQs

Where can I RSVP? And is there a cutoff?

Right here. We would love to know as soon as possible if you can or cannot attend. We’ve kindly ask to know by the end of May.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus-one or a plus-one has already been confirmed by the brides, they are welcome to attend. We wish we could invite everyone!

What events are happening before or after the wedding day?

We will be hosting a welcome party the day before the wedding, on Friday August 21, 2026 at Echoes Brewing. All are invited - click on “Home” tab to for more details.

What time does the wedding begin and end? Will the party continue?

We will begin the celebration at 2:45 PM- allowing time for people to get settled before the ceremony starts at 3:30PM sharp. The county has a strict 10pm music off ordinance that we must comply to. Last call will be around then as well. Everyone must be off the property by 11pm. Depending on energy levels, we may continue the party at the casino bar at The Point Hotel or at the Kingston Ale House.

What is the closest airport?

We recommend that you fly into SeaTac airport. If you haven’t experienced taking a ferry ride, you can take a ferry trip over to the area as our venue is close to the Kingston ferry terminal. For those unfamiliar, catching a ferry does entail extra cost and there is typically a wait involved. This area in the summer is extremely popular. Ferry lines + the wait will be long and you must plan ahead for them.

For those uninterested in ferry rides, we recommend driving. From SeaTac, it’s roughly an easy 1.5 hour drive.

What are your recommendations on car transportation to and from events?

Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available in the area. But it is a small town, meaning waits could be longer than expected with fewer drivers around. For a more upscale experience, there are also private car services available but prior reservations are required.

For those coming out of town, we highly recommend renting a car and carpooling when possible. Uber + Lyfts to this area from SeaTac will be very expensive. Please see our Travel + Transportation tab on our website for more details.

Where should I stay?

Airbnbs and VRBO’s are available but the quantity is low. Not to worry, as there are plenty of hotels around. During the summer months, it also becomes a very popular area and things get completely booked out. We highly recommend booking ahead of time. Please see our Travel + Transportation tab on our website for more details.

We kindly ask that for those booking Airbnb’s where more than one party can stay, to book with mutual friends if comfortable and willing!

What is the recommended attire for the welcome party?

For the Welcome Party — anything you feel comfy in.

What is the recommended attire for the wedding day?

We’re going for a ‘Vibrant Summer Cocktail Party’. No idea what that means? Scroll on the home page to see some mood boards and references to help you out. No white/cream. No jeans. Avoid casual wear.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

We recommend arriving at 2:45pm. This will allow you to park, explore the grounds, grab a drink, and find your seats. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm sharp. Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

The average high temperature in Kingston, Washington, during August is around 76°F, with average lows of 57°F. August is typically the warmest and driest month of the year for the area.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

If your invitation includes children and/or has been confirmed by the brides. They are welcome to attend.
